What is Software Keys HQ?

When will I receive my license key?

Fast — most keys are hand-checked shortly after a confirmed payment, then you're emailed a secure link to view it on your order page. For your security, we never put the key itself in the email. If you check out as a guest, we first email you a one-time verification code to confirm you own the inbox before the key is released.

Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?

It depends on the product, and every listing says so upfront. Windows keys and most Office and business-software titles are one-time, lifetime purchases. Antivirus and some creative-software titles (like Adobe Creative Cloud) are term-based subscriptions, typically 1 month to 3 years — the exact length is always stated in the product name and description before you buy.

How do I activate a Microsoft Office or Windows key?

After purchase, download the software from Microsoft's official website, install it, then enter your key during activation. Need help? Contact our support team.

My key doesn't work. What should I do?

First, make sure you're entering it on the correct platform. If it still doesn't work, email support@softwarekeyshq.com with your order number and we'll replace it immediately.

Why are your prices so much lower than retail?

We buy through legitimate volume and regional distribution channels rather than retail shelf pricing, and pass the difference on to you. You get the same key — just without the retail markup.

Are the license keys legit?

Yes, 100%. Every key is real and sourced through legitimate distribution channels, and tested before delivery. If one ever fails to activate, we replace it free.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex & more), processed securely through Stripe at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are handled entirely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor used by millions of businesses — we never see or store your card details.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of license keys, we cannot offer refunds once a key has been delivered and viewed. However, if a key doesn't activate within 30 days of purchase, we'll replace it at no charge, or refund you in full if we can't — just contact support.
