We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when refunds and replacements are available for digital license keys.

Digital Nature of Our Products

Our products are digital license keys. Once a key is revealed or delivered, it cannot be returned, which is why digital goods are generally non-refundable.

Before a Key Is Delivered

If you have paid but no key has been delivered yet (for example, a temporary stock issue), you are entitled to a full refund or to wait for restock — your choice.

After a Key Is Delivered

Once a key has been delivered and viewed, the sale is final and we cannot offer a refund, except in the case of a faulty key (see below).

Faulty or Invalid Keys

If a key does not activate, contact support with your order number. We will verify and provide a free replacement key. If we cannot replace it, we will issue a full refund.
